For all other enquires the office will able to advise of availability within 7 days of your request (when possible). The office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). Once you have received your confirmation either via email or phone, you will need to reconfirm your reservation once you have arrived in Port Douglas with the restaurant.
