Dear Rhys,
Just a short note to thank you and all the guys and girls at Salsa for an outstanding effort for Steph and Marc's wedding on Saturday 4th October. The food across the road at the church was brilliant and set everyone up for the night. The comments we got was that the food was like you were at restaurant , which of course we were, but of course there are plenty of restaurants that cannot produce the quality that is produced at Salsa for such numbers.The staff on the floor and the bar were tirless and friendly all night as they always are. So congratulations and many,many thanks for being part of Steph and Marc's memorable wedding day.
Special thanks to you, Billy and Renee for all your efforts .
Looking forward to our next trip to Port Douglas and a round of golf with you and Simon. Ron and I had better improve our game to have a proper bet with you two.
I am sitting at my computer in Sydney and it is pouring with rain and we are heading for a top of only 15 degrees . I know where I would rather be right now.

To Whom It May Concern,
I've just returned to Melbourne from a perfect week and felt obliged to compliment you restaurant on every aspect.
I visited twice in the last week with regular customers Greg and Karen Harper and was so impressed by the excellent staff, stunning menu and very reasonable pricing.
Despite living in the restaurant capital I would love to know of a restaurant in Melbourne that provided such a great overall package.

We recently had the pleasure of having dinner at your restaurant and we wanted to pass on our thanks for an evening of wonderful food.
I wanted to take a moment to specifically mention the high standard to which the Chocolate Cointreau Soufflé was cooked and presented. I have eaten at many of the 'top' restaurants around the world and had desserts of the same nature and Salsa's Soufflé most certainly ranks as one of the best.
We will be sure to recommend your restaurant to as many people we know and will be sure to eat at Salsa again when we are next in Port Douglas.

Good morning Rhys,
What an absolutely fantastic evening we had at Salsa Bar & Grill on October 5. Jessica ran her team on the evening superbly. The wait staff's attention to detail and service was excellent, they were all so friendly and yet maintaining a truly professional manner. A big thank you to the kitchen as well as the food was magnificent and the timing was spot on especially considering we had a choice of 3 entrees and mains. So many of our guests commented how fantastic the food was they couldn't believe the standard, they said the food and service was better than most restaurants in Sydney. Rhys thank you so much for your "nothing is too difficult attitude", you were an ease to work with.
Once again thank you to everyone for assisting in making our day perfect.
